A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due prior to the delivery of final images.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled session may be eligible for deposit transfer to a new date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the session forfeit the deposit unless we can reschedule.
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, clients receive personal and commercial usage rights for delivered images. We retain the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
Edited images are typically delivered within 5-10 business days for standard sessions and 4-6 weeks for weddings. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, sogliabbru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
